Dr Sarjoo Patel - GDC number 65530 - Principal
Sarj is the Practice Principal and a Dental Surgeon. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from University of Manchester in 1990. Having worked as an associate dentist for 10 years, he gained valuable experience in the field before becoming the principal at Forest House in November 2000.
Sarj likes to remain up-to-date with recent developments in Dentistry through CPD sessions and attending courses. He has special interest in root canal treatments, cosmetic treatments, and implant restorations.
Sarj in his spare time enjoys playing Golf, Skiing, watching Rugby, movies and spending time with family.

Dr Hussein Ahmed - GDC Number: 258701
Hussein received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015 from the University of Leeds whilst also attaining the prestigious Turner Prize in Dental Public Health. Hussein’s heart was set on returning home to practice the career he loves. He has also attained a post-graduate diploma from The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is currently studying to attain a Masters in Restorative Dentistry. Hussein strives for improvement by attending courses throughout the UK and has a current interest in Orthodontics, Oral surgery and Cosmetic dentistry. He is a friendly, cheerful and approachable dentist and has a very gentle approach to dental treatment; ensuring all his patients receive the best possible care. He also interacts with the local community by attending school visits to improve oral health.He has a passion to help individuals and is a key member of a charity organisation helping to relieve poverty in West Africa by building several schools, access to clean water and improving education/healthcare.In his spare time he enjoys travelling, culinary experiences and spending time with family.
Dhvani Shah - GDC Number- 105489 - Associate Dentist
Dhvani completed her BDS qualification from Rajiv Gandhi University, India in 2002.
She is very passionate about Dentistry and is constantly updating her knowledge and skills. Dhvani has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Smile Design and has completed Certificate level in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry from the reputed Eastman Dental University London in 2010 and is a level 2 provider of 6 Month Smiles and Quick Straight Teeth.
Dhvani aims to share her experience and skills to ensure that patients have a pleasant and comfortable experience during their appointment. Patient satisfaction being her priority.
Outside of work, Dhvani enjoys Bharatnatyam Dance, Yoga and spending time with family.
Dr. Naresh Daudia - GDC number: 61161 - Dental Surgeon
Dr. Naresh Daudia has studied Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He qualified in 1986 and has been in the dental profession for over 30 years, delivering a high standard of quality care in both NHS and private dentistry. His interests in orthodontics lead him to undergo a two year Straight Forward Straight Wire orthodontic course.
He says, the most important element whilst dealing with patients at the clinic is a commitment to provide a relaxing atmosphere, which will enable his patients to feel more welcome and at ease whilst receiving treatment.
To ensure that patients have a good experience whilst attending the practice, he feels it is essential to engage with patients about what they would like to achieve about their smile,
His hobbies include playing golf and scuba diving.
Michael Fenny - GDC number: 228374 - Dental Hygienist & Therapist
Michael studied a Diploma in Dental Hygiene & Dental Therapy at the University of Sheffield. Having been in dentistry for 6 years, he has undertaken various courses such as teeth whitening course and implant hygiene. Michael feels that it is important that every patient feels valued and that their individual needs are catered to.

Keeliegh Hale - Patient Care Coordinator
Keeleigh started out in Dentistry in 2011 and gained her nursing qualification in 2013. She has experience in both reception and nursing duties, allowing her to have a wide knowledge of the dental practice. Keeleigh has always thoroughly enjoyed her job and likes to make people feel at ease so that their dental experience is the best it can be. Working at Forest House she hopes to continue to gain knowledge and further develop her skills.
Keeleigh likes to spend her free time reading and being with her family.
Samantha Hayes - Patient Care Coordinator
Samantha (better known as Sam) is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. Before dentistry, she studied Business Studies and Sociology at Bosworth Community College. Sam feels that providing empathy to the patients and helping them as much as they need is the best way to give them a good experience to the dentist.
Outside of work she likes spending time with her children and loves to keep fit by exercising.
Keely Emerson - GDC Number: 217223 - Lead MOS and Implant Nurse
Keely started out in Dentistry in early 2008, and thoroughly enjoyed her new venture and knew it was where she wanted to be. She studied for the National Certificate of Dental Nursing in 2011 at Derby Royal Hospital, and is also currently studying for GCSE in Human Biology in her spare time with Oxford Open Learning College.
Her aim at Forest House is to be the best she can be in nursing first and foremost. Keely started here as a Qualified Dental Nurse with an interest in implants, and is now working with an implant surgeon, gaining valuable hands on experience in this field.
In her spare time Keely enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
Teresa Nutting - GDC number: 215830 - Lead Nurse and HTM01-05 support
Teresa joined us in September 2007 and gained her qualification in Dental Nursing with The National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) in 2011. She had also worked alongside the oral surgeon dealing with surgical extractions and has also taken part in implant surgery. She is currently enrolled on a distance learning course with Leicester College for Mental Health. Teresa aims to further her learning with courses such as oral health, radiography and impressions.
Saguna Shrestha Basnet – GDC Number: 218768 - HTMO1-5 Lead and Qualified Dental Nurse
Saguna is a Dental nurse who qualified from London Thames College with a NEBDN NQF level 3 in 2010
She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and patient care and has a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, working with 6 months smile patients. Saguna is also our HTMO lead and oversees all aspects in this department. Her aim for the future is to provide oral health education for our patients.
In her spare time Saguna likes to shop and socialize with friends.
Zoe Handford - Trainee Dental NurseZoe is one of our dedicated trainee dental nurses. She studied an Equine degree at Aberystwyth University and a Human Science degree at Glamorgan University. This is Zoe’s first role in dentistry and she is keen to learn all aspects about it. Her aim is to become a qualified dental nurse. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with animals.
Bethany Platts - Trainee Dental Nurse
Bethany has been in dentistry for over three years now, having previously completed NVQs for Health and Social care and Customer service. She is now half way through her Dental nursing qualification with South Leicester College, her main aim to qualify and train in specialist areas. She has already widened her experience to this effect by working with the latest orthodontic treatments.
Beth likes to ensure patients always feel relaxed and are happy with what is being done so that they have complete understanding of their time with us. She does this by being empathetic and re assuring at all times.
Outside of work, Bethany likes travelling, going to concerts and festivals and meeting up with friends.
Urvashi Patel - Accounts and Finance
Urvashi is a qualified Accountant who graduated from Middlesex University in 1989 and is a fellow of ACCA. She joined the Practice in 2001 to overlook all aspects of finance and help support practice operations. To further enhance her role within the practice, Urvashi completed ILM level 7 Executive Diploma in Management in 2006. She strives to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for all our patients.
Outside of work, Urvashi likes skiing, playing tennis and travelling.
